Education & Experience


  • Bachelors/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, communications or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience across corporate functions strategy, analytics, project and program management. Consulting experience would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Arabic would be considered an advantage.
  • Able to effectively and independently facilitate meetings and group workshops.
  • Able to think strategically and pragmatically to align people programmes with organisational objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proven organisational skills and can effectively manage competing demands.
